Returns in general
Returns are always inconvenient, yet they are part of everyday business.
To keep the process as efficient and simple as possible for everyone involved, you will find all the necessary information and instructions below:
Important: Please do not send any goods back to us without having contacted us first (consignments without notification may not be assigned, so please enclose the delivery bill with the return shipment).
Please note that a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the gross amount when the credit note is issued. If one or more products or the packaging is damaged, a 50% handling fee will be deducted from the gross amount. Postage costs will not be credited.
Hygolet (Schweiz) AG
Goods that were ordered incorrectly can be returned within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Please contact us before returning the goods to register them (044 933 06 60 / firstname.lastname@example.org) and then send them to the above address.
Defects / Damage
Hygolet dispensers have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Defects due to the hardware are covered by the warranty.
- Damage, improper handling and defects due to the use of consumables from other suppliers are excluded.
- Damage caused during transport must be reported immediately and documented by pictures.
