Returns

At Hygolet (Switzerland) AG, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Below you will find all the important information regarding our return policy:

General Return Policy

  • All returns must be registered in advance by email with our customer service team: info@hygolet.com
  • The return period is 30 days from the date you receive your delivery.
  • For products with an expiry date, the 30 day return period also applies.
  • You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • In the event of incorrect deliveries on our part, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a free shipping label.

Return Conditions

  • Products in their original packaging will be fully credited.
  • For opened packaging, the return will be inspected for completeness and integrity. Missing or damaged components will be deducted from the credit amount.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged products for return.
