A Day as a Service Technician at Hygolet

Ermin works as a service technician with us. His working day typically starts at 7 a.m. At the warehouse in Wetzikon, he makes the final preparations for his route. Then he sets off, with various customers throughout Switzerland waiting for him.

On a Mission for Hygienic Washrooms

At 8 a.m., Ermin reaches his first destination, a secondary school. Here he carries out the feminine hygiene service. The Sanifem waste containers for menstrual hygiene are emptied, cleaned, and then equipped with fresh waste bags and odor-neutralizing fragrance sachets. A new soap dispenser also needs to be installed in the changing room. Next, he heads to a medical practice. There, the hygiene seat service is scheduled. Ermin cleans the hygienic toilet seat and changes the plastic roll. The new film is carefully fitted so the system functions perfectly and every user always finds a clean seat. At an insurance company and then at a recycling center, the cloth towel roll service follows. Ermin changes the used rolls in all textile towel dispensers and replaces them with fresh ones. He takes the old rolls with him for cleaning. The last stop before lunchtime is a municipal administration. Here, the dirt mat service is on the agenda. The soiled mats at the entrances are replaced with fresh ones and taken for professional cleaning.

Back at the Warehouse

In the early afternoon, Ermin returns to Wetzikon. At the warehouse, he prepares materials for the next day and assists with the installation of new dispensers or repairs as needed.

Ermin visits different customers every day, from law firms and municipal administrations to well-known major corporations throughout Switzerland. This variety motivates him anew each day.
